Should it be a sin to have premarital sex if you have premature ejaculation and a small penis?

Maybe it should not be a sin since it is probably vitally important to know if you could satisfy your potential wife after you get married.

Btw, I asked this question last night, but now I also added premature ejaculation to the mix.

I am a Roman Catholic, btw.
